[How to Use]
Apply to clean, makeup-free eyelashes.
Apply evenly from the skin at the base of the eyelashes to the tips, focusing on areas of concern.
*When using as a mascara base, allow the serum to dry before applying mascara.
*Can also be used over eyelash extensions or perms.
