✅Standard - ePack Light / Japan Post
Economy airmail service for small, lightweight parcels (up to 2 kg), typically delivering in 2–4 weeks. It includes tracking (limited in some countries) but does not include insurance, making it best for low-value, lightweight items.
✅✅Priority - EMS / Japan Post
International express service, typically delivering in 5–10 business days. It offers end-to-end tracking, is usually handed to the local postal service for final delivery, and includes standard insurance (within Japan Post limits)—a strong balance of speed and cost for most parcels.
✅✅✅ Express - DHL
The fastest option, usually delivering in 2–5 business days with real-time tracking, door-to-door service, and professional customs clearance. Optional premium services are available for special requests—such as time-definite delivery, flexible delivery changes, and added shipment protection.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
